PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
Since its inception, T&M has overseen several commercial and residential developments through to completion using its trusted network of consultants and JV partners.
Acting as the development managers for all of its projects, the team has carried out feasibility studies, appointed key individual design and cost consultants and the management of design and cost processes.

ASSET / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
T&M’s asset management team specialise in the management of commercial real estate and are able to deliver a versatile range of services across all of its assets in order to drive profitability and optimise the performance of its portfolio.
Its dynamic and experienced team also manages rental and service charge income and oversee reconciliations, finding tenants, negotiation of terms and perform rent reviews. it manages capital expenditure and repair programmes, suppliers and utility service contracts.
