T & M was established in 2014 by brothers Tayyab and Mustafa Kamani. It’s first acquisition was 12-14 Robert Street 2014. Since this purchase over a decade ago T & M has evolved into a well-established property investment company in the Northwest.

T&M has traded in excess of £150m of commercial, residential and strategic land projects. T&M retains a strong portfolio and continues to make strategic acquisitions across all asset classes.

T&M’s portfolio currently comprises of over 200,000 sq.ft of commercial and residential property, along with substantial long term strategic land holdings.

Turing House

A 30,000 sq.ft Grade A two storey office building with 60 surface car spaces is located within Didsbury Science Technology Park, off Princess Parkway.

Turing House has been home to Siemens Energy since 2007, a purpose-built office and laboratory.

Clayton House

A Grade II listed building, acquired in 2016 Clayton House located in the heart of Manchester Piccadilly Gardens, comprising over 20,000 sq.ft of offices, and 10,000 sq.ft of restaurant space across the ground and basement.

T&M completed a full refurbishment of the building in 2017 modernising the offering, whilst retaining its original features. Since completion T&M have actively managed the building maintaining a high occupancy level.

Excelsior Works

A joint venture, the stunning Excelsior Works has transformed the site of the former Excelsior book binding works into 108 high-quality apartments.
