Thomas Willmax offers a management service for landlords who would prefer this work to be dealt with on their behalf. Once ownership, consent to let and insurance details have been confirmed, we can take over the day-to-day management of the property and arrange regular inspections where required.
The service can include transferring rent, dealing with tenant breaches, managing insurance renewals, reading and transferring utility meters at the start and end of an agreement, and dealing with the practical steps needed when a lease is coming to an end.
Where a property is due to become vacant, we can also arrange for it to be remarketed, helping landlords move from management back into the letting process without starting again from scratch.
