We are one of the few commercial agencies with a shop front, which means people can visit the office, view the properties we are marketing and take away colour details in person. For our clients, we also rotate property details in the window so they are displayed regularly.

Our one-off promotional charge contributes towards the initial marketing costs. This includes advertising, website coverage across commercial property sites, colour details and either a 4’ x 3’ For Sale or To Let board.

Viewings are always accompanied by a member of staff. We work on set fees and do not charge a withdrawal fee, reflecting our confidence that a properly marketed property should sell or let.

Our staff are kept fully up to date with all properties being marketed, so enquiries by phone or email can be handled efficiently and no one is left waiting for basic information.
